I am Caterina Sciariada, PhD, a researcher in Medical Anthropology.
I am currently working on the social construction of disability, with a special focus on Myanmar and Southeast Asia.
I conducted extensive fieldwork research in Mae Sot, Thailand, and, most recently, in Yangon, Myanmar.
